Privacy policy

The short version
DueKindly runs in your browser. Your invoices, client names, emails and settings are stored only on your device (browser localStorage). We never receive them.
What we process
- Invoice data: stored locally on your device only. You can export or delete it at any time (Settings → Your data).
- License key: when you activate Pro, the key is sent to our payment provider's License API (Lemon Squeezy) to check that it's valid. This happens on activation and about once a week.
- Purchases: handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They process your payment details, email and billing address under their own privacy policy. We see your email and order details.
- Website analytics: public pages (not the app) may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. It counts page views (for example, how often the upgrade page is opened).
- Support: if you contact us, we use your message and email only to reply.
Cookies
DueKindly doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies.
Emails you send
Reminder emails are sent from your own email app and account. DueKindly doesn't see or store them.
Your rights
Because invoice data never leaves your device, you control it fully. For purchase data, contact us or Lemon Squeezy to access or delete it.
